Orders placed for next day delivery (excluding weekends and bank holidays), must be placed before 3.00pm.
Out of Stock Items
Items which are found to be out of stock will be delivered next working day (excluding weekends and public/bank holidays) once replenishment of those items have taken place.
Returns
Millennium Nails cannot accept responsibility for missing or damaged goods unless we are informed within 48 hours on receipt of goods.
The company does not offer goods on sale or return.
Goods will not be accepted for exchange or credit unless prior arrangement has been authorised.
Millennium Nails cannot accept returned goods from the customer unless they are damaged upon receipt or have been shipped incorrectly, we reserve the right to charge a 10% administration charge for goods returned for reasons other than they are defective or not in compliance with the customer order. Such goods must be returned within 7 days.
Chemical products cannot be exchanged.
Millennium Nails products are guaranteed to be of superior quality and fit for the purpose we recommend for their use.
Our electrical machines have a 6 month warrenty policy which covers the motors. The company accepts no responsibility for broken or bent parts, misuse or wear and tear.
The company reserve the right to change packaging without notice.
